Kaylee Stadter- Instructor

Hello!  My name is Kaylee Stadter and I am from New Lenox, Illinois. I married my husband Nick in June 2016 and we currently live in Manhattan, Illinois. I am a full-time special education teacher and have a passion for helping others lead a life of health and wellness.

I enjoy using kettlebells as my main workout tool. In fact, my favorite kettlebell movement is the kettlebell wall ball. I have completed the following programs to further my knowledge of functional movements and am passionate for the ongoing process of self discovery and learning:

  • 2017- Tactical Athlete: Power & Endurance (Trained by Jeff Martone)
  • 2017- National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) Certified Personal Trainer

Even though I love to stay fit and healthy, including my diet, I look forward to an occasional cheat meal! My favorite is any type of creamy pasta dish! I also enjoy any type of Mexican dish – chips and queso are AMAZING!

A novel I enjoy reading is Start Something That Matters by Blake Mycoskie. Along with this, I like to live by this quote as I help others:

A true leader has the confidence to stand alone, the courage to make tough decisions, and the compassion to listen to the needs of others. He does not set out to be a leader, but becomes one by the equality of his actions and the integrity of his intent. – Douglas MacArthur
