Nick Stadter- Instructor
Hello! My name is Nick Stadter and I am from Midlothian, Illinois. In June 2016 I married my wife Kaylee and we now live in Manhattan, Illinois. We do not currently have any children, but are praying we are blessed with them in the future.
While growing up I played sports, which turned into a love for coaching. I have experience coaching volleyball, softball, and football at both the middle school and high school levels. I have always enjoyed helping others with their personal fitness and reaching their full potential. I have furthered my career with the following certifications:
- 2012- Bachelors of Science in Kinesiology from Western Illinois University
- 2017- Tactical Athlete: Power & Endurance (Trained by Jeff Martone)
- 2017- National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) Certified Personal Trainer
Some of my favorite workouts come from using kettlebells. Specifically, I love kettle bell snatches! My favorite cheat meal is any type of macaroni and cheese, especially buffalo chicken macaroni and cheese!
One of my all-time favorite leadership quotes comes from Keanu Reeves in The Replacements, “Pain heals. Chicks dig scars. Glory… lasts forever.” I have also learned tips on how to lead a group from one of my favorite books, Quiet Strength by Tony Dungy.
