There is accountability in competition. Functional Physique hosts group fitness challenges in partnership with industry leaders in research science, nutrition and fitness training. Our challenges are the bridge to hundreds of lives being changed simultaneously in a focused 6 week program teaching evidence based exercise and nutrition science with leadership and encouragement.
